Launching a pulse

You can launch a Pulse directly from your Hoogly admin dashboard or work with your Customer Success Manager to get it scheduled.
Launching a Pulse on your own
Section titled “Launching a Pulse on your own”From the Pulses tab in your admin dashboard, you can:
- Schedule a Pulse: Choose the start and end dates, and select the audience (either company-wide or for specific teams).
- Announce the Pulse: Use our templates to let your team know what to expect. See our guide to Maximising participation for tips.
- Monitor participation: Once the Pulse is live, you can track participation rates and send reminders to encourage your team to share their feedback.
Launching a Pulse with your Customer Success Manager
Section titled “Launching a Pulse with your Customer Success Manager”If you are working with a dedicated Customer Success Manager, they can schedule and configure your Pulse for you. Simply let them know your preferred dates and audience, and they will handle the setup.
