Once your Pulse is complete, the Hoogly dashboard provides a powerful overview of your team’s feedback. This is where you move from collecting data to building culture.
The employee experience
Section titled “The employee experience”- Private conversations: Team members chat 1:1 with Venn in a safe, anonymous space. Venn adapts the conversation to each person, so there are no right or wrong answers.
- Ongoing coaching: After the conversation, Venn provides private summaries and suggestions directly to employees to support their personal growth.
Aggregated insights for leaders
Section titled “Aggregated insights for leaders”- Anonymised themes: After the Pulse closes and the minimum response threshold is met, you’ll see AI-surfaced themes and aggregated sentiment across the four domains (Organisation, Manager, Peers, and Self).
- No individual data: To protect privacy, you will never see individual answers, scores, or participation status.
Close the loop
Section titled “Close the loop”The final and most important step is to close the feedback loop.
- Acknowledge and discuss: Recognise what’s working and discuss the key themes with your team. Use team meetings and 1:1s to explore the feedback openly.
- Create action plans: Work with your team to agree on one or two improvements. Use the dashboard to set small, trackable actions and show your team that their feedback leads to meaningful change.
