Purpose & Scope: This document records all material changes to Hoogly  including new features, security patches, infrastructure changes, and compliance-related updates. It serves as evidence for SOC 2 Type II Change Management controls (CC8.1) and is available to auditors, enterprise customers, and internal stakeholders.

Period Covered: February – March 2026
Environment: Production (via controlled merges from develop to main)

1. New Features & Enhancements

1.1 Product Features

  • Introduced Action Planning module to enable structured follow-through on employee insights

  • Implemented New Filtering capabilities to improve data segmentation and usability across dashboards

  • Released Enhanced Pulse functionality (in progress → production) to support improved employee feedback collection

  • Added Employee Results view to provide more granular insight visibility

1.2 Analytics & Monitoring

  • Integrated PostHog for product analytics, user behaviour tracking, and performance monitoring

  • Implemented caching for company-level data to improve system performance and reduce latency

  • Added text truncation handling to optimise UI rendering and data processing efficiency

  • Corrected employee count calculations to ensure accurate reporting and analytics


3.1 Dashboard & Reporting Fixes

  • Resolved multiple dashboard-related bugs affecting data accuracy and display

  • Fixed issue with single group summary visibility

  • Addressed URL parameter handling issues

3.2 HR Module Fixes

  • Resolved issues in HR Chat (v1 and v2) improving reliability and user experience

  • Fixed HR Pulse aggregation issues to ensure accurate data capture and reporting

3.3 General Fixes

  • Addressed miscellaneous application bugs and stability issues across modules

  • Corrected typos and minor UI inconsistencies


  • Regular merges from develop to main branch to promote tested features into production

  • Maintained structured release cycles with controlled deployments

  • Ensured all production changes followed pull request workflow with approvals


  • Improved platform reliability and performance through caching and bug fixes

  • Enhanced data accuracy and reporting integrity

  • Expanded product capabilities with action planning, filtering, and analytics integration

  • Strengthened observability and product insights via PostHog integration
