Can I download verbatim comments?
No. Venn synthesizes themes to protect individuals and maintain psychological safety.
What cadence should we choose?
Monthly builds momentum; quarterly suits broader resets. Pick one and be consistent.
What if a team is below 5 responses?
Insights are withheld. Encourage participation by reiterating privacy and purpose.
How long until insights appear?
After the Pulse closes, there’s brief processing time for analysis. You’ll see themes as soon as they’re ready.
