Anonymity by design

Hoogly is designed to protect your privacy at every step. Here’s how:

• Pseudonyms: When you start a Pulse, you’ll choose a pseudonym (a nickname) that is shown instead of your real name.
• Anonymised insights: Your individual comments are never shared with your leaders. Feedback is grouped and summarised into themes, and results are only displayed when at least five people from a team have responded. This prevents anyone from being identified.
• You are in control: If you’re ever unsure about a question, you can skip it or end the conversation at any time.

You own your data

• Your data is used only to provide you and your company with insights.
• We never use your company’s data to train our AI models.
• All data is retained for the duration of your contract and permanently deleted afterward.
