Step 2: Choose your Pseudonym

To protect your privacy, you will choose a pseudonym. This ensures your identity remains confidential. If you ever need to raise an issue with HR or your leaders, this pseudonym can be used to connect your feedback to your identity while keeping your data protected.

Select a pseudonym and click Confirm my pseudonym.

Step 3: Our Privacy Promise

A confirmation screen will appear explaining our commitment to your privacy. It outlines that:

• Personal details are removed.
• You can review responses before submitting.
• Your answers are combined with others before being shared.

Step 4: Chat with Venn

You are now in the AI conversation. Venn will ask you a few questions about your experience at work. As you chat, you can see on the left-hand side how your words are being summarised and categorised in real-time.

There is no pressure to write long answers. Just share what’s on your mind. The conversation is designed to be quick and thoughtful.

You are in control. You can skip any questions you are not comfortable with, and you can pause the conversation and return to it later if you need to.

Step 5: Review Your Results

Once the conversation is complete, your results will be processed. Initially, you will see a baseline summary.

After a few moments, the AI will finish analysing the conversation, and you will see your full results, including engagement scores and a summary of the key themes from your chat.

That’s it! You have successfully completed your check-in. Your confidential feedback will now be combined with your team’s to help your leaders understand what’s going well and where to focus their efforts.

Step 6: Access coaching support

After taking the Pulse, you can also continue chatting to Venn. It’s a great way to have coaching conversations about specific work-related challenges or goals.
