The Hoogly dashboard is designed to help you move from data to action. Here’s how to interpret the insights and use them to build a stronger culture.
Understanding the four domains
Section titled “Understanding the four domains”Venn analyses feedback across four key domains to provide a holistic view of your team’s experience:
- Organisation: How people feel about the company’s direction, values, and communication.
- Manager: How people experience their relationship with their direct manager.
- Peers: How people feel about their relationships with their colleagues.
- Self: How people are feeling about their own wellbeing, workload, and growth.
From insights to action
Section titled “From insights to action”The dashboard doesn’t just show you what’s going on; it helps you decide what to do next. For each theme, you can:
- Ask Venn for more detail: You can ask Venn to elaborate on a particular theme, provide more context, or even suggest potential root causes.
- See what’s going well: It’s just as important to understand your team’s strengths. The dashboard will highlight what’s working so you can celebrate and reinforce positive trends.
- Create action plans: For areas that need attention, you can work with Venn to create an AI-assisted action plan. Venn will help you define clear steps, assign owners, and set timelines to ensure you close the feedback loop.
