Onboarding Readiness Checklist
As a Leader or Admin, this readiness checklist will help you confirm that all technical and logistical requirements are in place for a smooth and successful Hoogly launch.
Technical Readiness
Section titled “Technical Readiness”- Authentication Method: Have you decided how employees will log in (e.g., SSO with Microsoft, SSO with Google)?
- IT Contact: Is a technical point of contact designated for the setup?
- Email Whitelisting: Has your IT team whitelisted emails from
hoogly.com? - Device Access: Have you clarified which devices (company-issued, personal) employees will use?
- App Installation: Is it clear whether employees can install mobile apps directly or if IT provisioning is needed?
- Device Restrictions: Have you noted any browser or device restrictions?
User Provisioning Readiness
Section titled “User Provisioning Readiness”- Employee Identifiers: Is it confirmed whether to use unique employee IDs or email addresses?
- Communication Channels: Have you identified the primary channels for internal communications?
- Email Access: Have you ensured all participating employees have and can access a work email address?
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Section titled “Key Roles and Responsibilities”- Primary Contact: Is a day-to-day project lead assigned?
- Internal Communications: Is it clear who will manage internal announcements about Hoogly?
- Reporting Access: Have you listed all individuals who require access to team reports?
- Culture Champion: Have you identified a champion to help drive engagement?
Organisational Information
Section titled “Organisational Information”- Org Chart: Is an organisational chart available to configure manager-level reporting?
- Team List: Have you confirmed which employees will be part of the first Pulse?
- Pilot Timeline: Has the final pilot review and presentation been scheduled?
- Company Details: Are your organisation’s name, URL, and logo ready to be shared?
- Goals and Metrics: Have you defined the primary goal for the pilot and its success metrics?
- Pilot Group: Is the list of participating teams finalised?
- Key Dates: Have you noted any internal events or holidays that may impact the timeline?
- HR Policies: Are relevant HR documents ready to be shared to help train Venn?
