Setting up with a Customer Success Manager

If you have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), we’ll work with you to get your team set up quickly and efficiently.

Your CSM will guide you through the following steps:

  1. Initial consultation: We’ll start with a call to understand your goals and answer any questions you have.
  2. User setup: To make onboarding seamless, you can provide us with a list of your team members, and we’ll handle the bulk user import for you. We’ll provide you with a template to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  3. Workspace configuration: We’ll help you configure your workspace settings, including the anonymity threshold and any custom company information.
  4. Launch support: Your CSM will help you plan and schedule your first pulse, and provide you with communication templates to announce it to your team.
